You have the right at any time to withdraw from the study. You can withdraw from the study as a whole, or from just a particular survey, or from the records linkage programme. If you send us a request to withdraw from the study, we would be grateful if you could specify what your withdrawal request covers so that we know what to do with the data that we already hold.
