The information we would like to add relates to your and your child’s past, present and future circumstances. Because this study is trying to understand how children get on in the long term, we will continue to add information from you and your child’s records on an ongoing basis. Once your child is an adult, they will have an opportunity to decide whether they would be happy for us to continue to add this information from these records, or not. If you or your child choose not to take part in the study in the future, or if we lost touch with you, the information from administrative records will continue to be added unless you tell us not to.
